These terms apply to use of the public RÆDEL website and the demonstration material available from it. Separate commercial terms may apply to a RÆDEL service supplied to a customer.

About the website

RÆDEL is a product of Beyond1066, operated by South East Business Systems Ltd. The website provides information about RÆDEL and may include live demonstrations of adventure experiences.

Permitted use

You may browse the site and use public demonstrations for their intended evaluation and visitor experience purpose. You must not attempt to interfere with the site, defeat security controls, submit automated abuse, probe non public systems, or use contact endpoints to send unsolicited messages.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the RÆDEL name, website design, artwork, characters, text, adventure demonstrations and related materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Public access does not grant a right to copy, redistribute or commercially reuse those materials.

Live demonstrations

A public demonstration may change, be reset or be unavailable while RÆDEL is being developed or updated. Progress in a demonstration should not be treated as permanent storage.

Information on the site

We aim to keep public information accurate, but product features and availability can change as RÆDEL develops. Nothing on the website is a binding quotation or commitment to supply a particular feature unless it is agreed separately in writing.

Third party links

The website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third party websites merely because a link is provided.

Availability and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the public website is provided for general information and evaluation and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a critical decision.

Changes

We may update these website terms as the site develops. Separate customer agreements are not changed merely by updating this public page.
