RÆDEL is a product of Beyond1066. This notice explains how information submitted through the public RÆDEL website is handled.
Who operates this website
Beyond1066 is operated by South East Business Systems Ltd, company number 01477938. The registered office is The Architect's Office, Gower Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 4PL.
Information we collect
If you use the contact form we may collect your name, organisation, email address, optional phone number, type of venue, enquiry type and the message you send us. The contact endpoint also records the source IP address with the enquiry and uses temporary rate limit data to help prevent abuse.
Our hosting provider may also create normal server logs containing information such as IP address, requested page, browser information and request time.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss a potential RÆDEL project or demonstration, keep a record of relevant business correspondence, and protect the website from automated abuse. Depending on the enquiry, our lawful basis is normally legitimate interests or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Contact form security
The public form uses fixed mail routing, validation, rate limiting and spam controls. Information you submit is sent to the RÆDEL team by email. We do not use the form to add people automatically to a marketing list.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support our website hosting, email and IT systems where this is necessary to operate the service.
Retention
We keep business enquiries and related correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably useful for the enquiry, an ongoing customer relationship, legal obligations or legitimate business records. Temporary anti abuse counters expire automatically.
Your rights
UK data protection law may give you rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, depending on the circumstances. You can contact us using the RÆDEL contact page. You also have the right to raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the website and RÆDEL services develop. The current version published on this page applies to the public website.
